‘Are you having concerns about a plant or other product you purchased at Rutgers? Please CLICK HERE to read about remedies to common problems. Rutgers will also make “House Calls” to visit and inspect any plant concerns and will also advise on proper care, maintenance, and recommended replacement when required. These “House Calls” are conducted when planting times are best, generally in the months of April, May, and September. We honor our Warranties!

It is not for personal use and is not available for businesses outside of the landscape design, installation, construction, and maintenance trades. Exceptions may be made for select non-profits.

Please Note: This application does not provide billing terms, all orders are to be paid in full at time of purchase. There will not be any monthly invoices as part of this program.

Please be advised that according to the Division of Taxation, all landscaping, garden design, and contractor businesses will not be eligible for tax exemption at our garden center.
